1. What is an allergy?
Allergy is an unusually increased defense response of the immune system to what should not normally cause a reaction. In the case of food allergies, the body inadequately reacts to food proteins, identifying them as "enemy agents." Why does such a failure occur?

3. Symptoms of food allergies
• Most often, food allergies in infants manifested in the form of the so-called diathesis. Separate patches on the skin of the crumbs become dry, flaky, red spots and small pimples appear, which can also itch.
• In addition to skin manifestations, other symptoms may occur. For example, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. After eating an allergen product, a baby can have a stomachache, a stool (constipation or diarrhea), it can feel sick, and it often spits up abundantly.

4. Food allergens
