Swedish fathers on child care leave

Sweden is the only country in the world that offers parents 480 days of paid leave to care for a child, 60 of which are reserved exclusively for the father. Spouses have the right to equally share the vacation, however, so far only 12% of Swedish fathers use this opportunity.
