If parents cannot cope with the severe stress they experience, this can affect their health and their children.
This conclusion was made by American scientists.
The results of the survey showed that many parents experiencing stress simply lack the willpower to make useful changes that could improve their lives. And parents forget about the children who are suffering next to them.
68% of parents surveyed said that they consider the fight against stress very necessary. But only 32% said that they are trying, or trying very hard, to do everything to get rid of stress.
And almost all the children surveyed admitted that the negative situation at home worries them and makes them worry.
