Yoga is incredibly useful for everything, from detoxifying the body to increasing flexibility and plasticity. But what you might not know is that some yoga poses can improve your sex life.
The first thing to remember is breathing.
“When you change your breathing, just breathing in and out through your nose, you turn on the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates a complete feeling of lightness and relaxation. Reduced blood pressure. Breathe in order to feel. I cannot imagine good sex without the ability to feel, ”says yoga instructor Michel Cordero.
As soon as you adjust your breathing, try one or more of these poses to prepare and stretch yourself before sex (and then you can experiment them during sex).
Camel Pose (Ustrasana)- This posture helps with fatigue to extend your stamina for the whole night. It also stretches the muscles of the groin, thighs and the entire front of the body.
Big Toe Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangushthasana)- if you can not grab a finger with your hand, you can use a gymnastic ribbon.This is an exercise on balance, stability and leg muscles.
Pose of a satisfied child (Ananda Balasana)- relaxes the hips, makes you more flexible in order to avoid cramps in the hips.
Fold forward (Uttanasana)- develops flexibility of legs.
Agnistabhasana- place one bent leg on the other, so that the ankle of one leg touches the knee of the other, and vice versa. Try to lean forward and linger. This exercise increases flexibility.
Butterfly (Baddha Konasana)- Stretching the inner thigh.
Malasan squats- provides blood flow to the pelvis and groin, the best excitement and sensation.
